Where are you located?

  • I’m conveniently located in the Belmont area (10457), providing easy access for all your nail care needs.

  • Transportation: BX17, BX40/42 & 2/5, 4 & D Trains.

  • Precise location provided twice prior to appt through email.

  • 24hrs as well as 12hrs before.

Do you require a deposit for appointments?

  • Yes, I kindly request a $27 non-refundable deposit ( $25 used towards total, $2 service fee) to secure your appointment slot. This helps me ensure availability and commitment from both parties.

  • Remaining balance must be paid in cash day of your appt.

  • Electronic payments are an additional $5 fee.

What is your policy for arriving late to appointments?

  • I understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why I offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this grace period, a $15 late fee will be applied. If you're more than 15 minutes late, unfortunately, your appointment will be canceled to accommodate other clients.

  • You are welcome to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.

How do you prioritize nail health and hygiene?

  • Your nail health is my top priority. I adhere to strict sanitation protocols, using only high-quality, sterilized tools and products. I also provide expert advice on nail care to maintain healthy and beautiful nails.

  • I do not work on damaged nail beds.

Do you accept squeeze-ins?

  • While I primarily operate by appointments to ensure personalized service and availability, there are additional squeeze-in fees — please contact me.

  • I do my best to accommodate squeeze-ins whenever possible. However, booking in advance is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

Is there anything else I should know before my appointment?

  • Before your appointment, please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or specific preferences you may have. I do have a dog named Apollo.

  • Please ensure information is correct when booking.

  • To ensure quality and client satisfaction, I do not rush my work. Please plan accordingly.

  • Shoes must be left at the door.

  • NO EXTRA GUESTS!
